TomI am a husband, married to Julie for 33 years, and a father to our 4 children, Katie, Rebecca, Joshua, and Amy, ranging in age from 17 to 23. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and from Westmister Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Religion.

My story is 35-plus years in the office workforce, mostly sitting at a desk, mostly in a government contracting environment, eating the Standard American Diet (SAD). The afternoon trip to the vending machine became a ritual. I know all too well how to gain weight, attempting many different popular diets, every time gaining back what I lost and more.

Family history influences are not on my side. My mother had heart by-pass surgery during the summer of 2011 and angioplasties to open up arteries in years past. My father died of a heart attack at the very young age of 48. Diabetes and cancer is also in the family. I was following in the same path of health with being on regular doses of blood pressure and cholesterol medication. I was maintaining my blood sugar at a borderline level.
So, deciding that it was time to take my health seriously, I set on a journey to learn as much as I could. Over the years, I have received certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Dr. William Sears Prime-Time Health. I have lost over 40 pounds and have been able to get off my blood pressure medications. I continue to work with my doctor to control my cholesterol through diet and supplements. This all enables me to have a compelling message that can help others who are also struggling on the same path.

I work with those who are looking for help to achieve their health goals. Are you tired of being tired? Are there three things that you know you could be doing about your health but just need support doing them? Contact me today to set up a free initial breakthrough session where we can discuss how I may be able to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
